What was the last memorable meal you had?

I'm blessed to have had many memorable meals in my lifetime so far.  The most recent was the meal marking my father's 69th birthday.  One of his favorite meats that we just about never have is goat--difficult to prepare, can be hard to find, but sentimental, as it reminds us of good homecooked meals in Haiti. 

A close family friend prepared the goat with such care and love, and it was absolutely perfect, especially when paired with the fabulous company, abundant wine and the mariachi singers.
